By Krishtun is a luxury fashion brand specializing in handmade garments, crochet pieces, accessories and limited edition collections. Each item is crafted with care and attention to detail, making every piece unique.
2. Product Information
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible.
However:
- Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography.
- Handmade items may have slight variations in texture, measurements, bead placement, yarn patterns or finishing details.
- Such variations are not considered defects and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece.
3. Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
By Krishtun reserves the right to:
- Refuse or cancel any order.
- Limit quantities purchased.
- Correct pricing, inventory or product description errors.
- Discontinue products without notice.
An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation email has been issued.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in BBD or USD.
- Payment is due in full at checkout, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
5. Made to Order & Custom Pieces
Every By Krishtun items are handmade to order.
Custom, commissioned, personalized or made to order pieces are final sale and cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Production timelines are estimates taking 2-4 weeks maximum before shipping and may vary due to material availability, craftsmanship requirements, weather events, holidays or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Ready to wear pieces will ship in 3-7 business days. Custom pieces will ship in 2-4 weeks.
- Carrier delays.
- Customs delays.
- Lost or stolen packages marked as shipped.
- Incorrect shipping information provided by customers.
Any customs duties, taxes or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and luxury nature of our products:
- Custom and made to order items are non refundable.
- Sale items are final sale.
- Ready to wear items may be eligible for exchange within 5 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed and in original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide photographs of the issue.
We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution, including replacement, repair, store credit or refund.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.
